Reclaiming Your Sovereign Self
A Retreat for women
Rooted in truth, embodied in presence, and no longer living from inherited patterns
August 1-5, 2026
Vermont
Your Retreat Experience
This retreat is a carefully held journey designed for women navigating the chaos of life.
It’s not a lecture or workshop — it’s a carefully guided, experiential journey.
Over several days together in Vermont, we weave together complementary approaches that support emotional, spiritual, and embodied transformation.
The experience includes:
SoulSync emotional and somatic integration processes facilitated by Cathleen Elle
Shamanic soul wisdom practices and intuitive guidance facilitated by Lisa Bryer
Movement and embodiment practices facilitated by Ashley Voyer
A sacred ceremony facilitated by Alexa Iya Soro, MA, LMHC and Luke DeStefano, IHP2 experienced with reflective integration, nature connection, and intimate group sharing
Each element supports the others, creating a container where women can gently dissolve old patterns and reconnect with their authentic and empowered self.
Set & Setting
Our retreat takes place in the quiet woods near Groton State Forest, Vermont
A landscape of maple and birch trees, moss-covered ground, and gently flowing streams. Wooden footbridges cross the water, inviting you to slow down and move through the space with awareness.
The land doesn’t ask for attention—
it receives you as you are.
The home offers shared sleeping quarters with separate beds and ample bathrooms to comfortably support our intimate group of women. The space is designed to feel both connected and supportive—allowing for rest, reflection, and natural interaction throughout the experience.
There is a stillness here that doesn’t silence you—it allows everything to have a place. The thoughts, the patterns, the parts of you that learned to hold everything together… they don’t disappear. They simply stop needing to lead.
"It was magical!
The work I did was in some ways ineffable. I was held so gently and so softly — with wisdom, compassion, and a depth of presence I had never experienced before.
It was new and utterly beautiful to witness what can be uncovered when you are guided by such talented and gifted healers. It is with great love that I wish everyone gets to experience a session as profound as mine."

Post-Retreat Dialogue - Monday, August 5th
After returning home, we gather to be with how the experience is living within your day-to-day life—
what has shifted and what may still be on your heart.
What once felt bound begins to loosen.
Not by force. By readiness.
This retreat is a collective SoulSync immersion — where what has lived beneath the surface is met, honored, and dissolved.
“I’ve experienced many healing modalities over the years. I sensed this retreat would be different — I just didn’t realize how quickly and powerfully it would impact me. The depth of skill and intuitive guidance within the container created a transformative experience unlike anything I had encountered before.” — Donna
Your Team
The Retreat is held by facilitators whose paths of practice meet here with care, reverence, and responsibility.
Each brings a distinct way of listening — to the body, to the soul, and to the deeper wisdom that emerges when women are given space to be fully present with themselves.
Together, their work weaves emotional intelligence, spiritual depth, and ceremonial presence into an experience designed to support women navigating profound life transitions.
Cathleen Elle
My work lives where science, spirituality, and somatic intelligence meet.
For nearly two decades, I have studied and practiced trauma-informed methodologies, spiritual psychology, and energetic integration. I am a Certified Master RIM Facilitator and Coach, intuitive energy practitioner, and a perpetual student of the soul.
I don’t lead you anywhere. I meet you in presence.
Facilitating the SoulSync Way — a sacred process where hidden stories and long-carried burdens rise to be seen, witnessed, honored, and present. Then dissolved as codes are activated in truth.
In the experience, what once felt bound begins to soften. What has been held begins to let go of its grip. And your light becomes less obstructed — not because something new was added, but because what was never yours has fallen away.
Lisa Bryer
Lisa’s soul’s wisdom and service live at the intersection of intuitive knowing and universal energy — where magic meets grounded ceremony and the veils between form and spirit begin to soften.
As a certified Shamanic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, past life and intuitive guide, she brings expanded awareness into the body — not above it.
Her presence anchors the spiritual depth of the experience in sacredness, steadiness, and maturity.
Within this retreat, Lisa offers practices and guidance that illuminate the deeper soul journey unfolding during times of transition.
